Spent the morning waiting for it to stop and enduring Kelley's long suffering looks of boredom. Finally just got the umbrella and headed downtown. We walked around for a little less than an hour and it continued to rain--as it is doing now. Kelley was happy to be out and we even met a friendly yellow lab for her to greet so it was good. No pictures because I didn't want to take the camera out in the rain.
