Finding Trail Descriptions

So as not to repeat myself excessively, I am reducing the amount of description of trails that have already been posted. Please use the search function ( upper left) to find older posts which have more detailed trail descriptions and pictures. You can also use this to find specific hikes either by trail or mountain.

5/20/12 Kenduskeag Stream Trail

Way behind on getting the garden ready so picked somewhere close to home to leave time for preparing garden beds. This trail starts at a small park less than 2 miles from home and follows the stream to downtown and the Penobscot River. Kelley was happy because we had not been here in some time and there was ample opportunity to get in the water.  A short but pleasant walk for both of us.

Another example of work by the "Pigeon Man"

My firs bee this year

  1. It has warmed up. The bees are out. Kelley is getting her swims. Wildflowers are finally showing up. And even "pigeon man" has put in an appearance. All is right with the world.
